·      Appointment and Cancellation: Patients will need to attend scheduled appointments on time

·      Cancellations require at least 24 hours prenotice; late cancellations will incur a fee

·      All treatments will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement

·      Patients will receive information on expected outcomes, risks and are delivered

·      Written informed consent is required before any treatment

·      Patients have the right to withdraw consent at any time

·      Fees and payment will be communicated in advance

·      Payment for the £60 initial assessment is due when booking, before the appointment.

·      Insurance claims are the patients’ responsibilities unless prior arrangements are made.

·      All patient information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws

·      Recodes will only be shared with third parties with patient consent, or as required by law

·      Treatments are provided based on the patients’ health status at the time of consultation

·      Patients must disclose all relevant medical history and current medications

·      No guarantee of specific results is made; outcomes may vary from person to person

·      All patients will be informed of any known risks before his/her treatment
